PROJECT MANAGER
Requirements:
1. Age maximum 45 years old
2. Minimum 5 (five) years experience in mining industry with minimum 4 (four) years in managerial level
3. Minimum bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering or geology
4. Posses minimum POM certificate
5. Fluent in English both oral dan written
6. Computer Literate in using MS office dan Internet
7. Well understanding about mining operation (facility / equipment / man power)
8. Good knowledge about HSE / K3 procedure
9. Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
10. Able to make a plan and execution, including production mining analysis and cost
11. Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
12. Self confident and tactful to communicate with people in every level within the organization / corporate
13. Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem

TECHNICAL MANAGER
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree from Mining engineering / Geology
2. Experience in nickel, coal and gold mining company (minimal 5 years)
3. Good managerial capability in planning, organizing, controlling and executing to all mining activities (mobile equipment and maintenance, man power, mine planning, contractors engagement).
4. Develop plan for short term, middle term and long term of mining process.
5. Full understanding and awareness about HSE / K3 procedures.
6. Have a good strategic thinking
7. POP or POM Certification are required
8. To be placed at North Maluku, with roster system
IT MANAGER
Requirements:
1. Male, maksimal 45 years old
2. Minimum 5 (five) years experience in mining industry
3. Minimum bachelor degree from Information technology
4. To setup and support the IT infrastructure
5. Administration of SAP production server, development server, IDES server, and Solution manager server
6. Responsible for networking services LAN, WAN, Ensure connectivity to all CdanF Locations.
7. Manage multiple tasks on IT hardware and software issues.
8. Manage and update company website. Monitoring systems health, troubleshooting and resolution of server issues ensuring maximum availability.
9. Ensure network security through the use and management of firewall, virus protection, and backup/recovery of critical systems and data, report to management on any breach.
10. Performing root cause analysis on all production support related issues

HRD MANAGER
Requirements:
1. Male, maksimal 45 years old
2. Minimum 5 (five) years experience in the same level
3. Bachelor degree from any major, law is preferable
4. Fluent in English both oral dan written
5. Computer Literate in using MS office dan Internet
6. Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
7. Experienced in compensation dan benefit, recruitment, training dan development, and industrial relations
8. Well understanding about manpower regulation
9. Preferable experience working in the Site Project

HRD SUPERINTENDENT
Requirements:
1. Male, maksimal 40 years old
2. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in the same level
3. Bachelor degree from law / Psychology preferred
4. Fluent in English both oral dan written

6. Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
7. Experienced in compensation dan benefit, recruitment, and industrial relations
8. Well understanding about man power regulation
9. Preferable experience working in the Site Project

OD dan TRAINING SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree any major, preferably in HR study
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources Area, preferably in Organizational Development
3. Good knowledge in Talent Management
4. Good computer skill (Ms. Office)
5. High initiatives and independent
6. Fluent in spoken and written English

TRAINER HEAVY EQUIPMENT
Requirements:
1. Male, maksimal 45 years old
2. Minimum 3 (three) years experience in the same level
3. Having trainer heavy equipment certificate is preferable
4. Associate degree in technical field related to industrial automotive or heavy duty maintenance.
5. Significant experience as a Technical Training Instructor
6. Having knowledge of heavy equipment, certification program/procedures, and technical training
7. Able to communicate effectively, orally and in writing; includes oral presentation
8. Able to negotiate training solutions to maintenance personnel and equipment problems
9. Able to manage time and workload effectively; includes managing in-house maintenance training and staff trainers

SAFETY SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree from faculty of mining engineering / industrial engineering / public health / environment engineering
2. Experience as HSE in coal, gold dan Mining Industry (minimal 3 years)
3. Certified POM or K3 for Safety Manager is a must
4. Good knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007
5. Ensure all identified HSE potential hazard are managed and conduct regular HSE inspection
6. To be placed at North Maluku, with roster system
QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree from chemistry , geology or faculty of mining engineering
2. Experience as QC in mining company (minimal 3 years)
3. Familiar with ICP instrument and International standardization of Elements Determination especially in mining material (ISO, ASTM, JIS, GB)
4. Familiar with SOP, GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025, QC/QA procedures and work flow production process in mining company
5. Good knowledge in chemical process (solid catalyst, surfactants, interfacial tension) and instruments (GC-MS, XRD, XRF, ICP OES, ASS, UV-Visible Spectrophotometers, Leco, Eltra sulfur analyzer)
6. Responsible for the grade quality of the ore production
7. Responsible for the stockpiles
8. Good understanding about HSE / K3
9. Posses managerial ability such as planning, organizing, controlling to control of mining quality
10. To be placed at North Maluku, with roster system
PARAMEDIC (NURSE)
Requirements:
1. Female
2. Minimum 3 (three) years experiences, preferably in mining industry
3. Graduated from Nursing faculty with GPA minimal 3,00 from scale 4 (D3)
4. Certified of nursing such as SIP, Hyperkes, and BTCLS
5. Good knowledge about HSE/ K3
6. Healthy and able to work with good result and always seek the best solution to solve problems
7. To be placed at North Maluku, with roster system
