Lowongan Kerja PT. SMOE INDONESIA, we serve worldwide oil and gas clients by providing services in engineering, procurement, construction, transportation, installation and commissioning. At SMOE, offshore platforms, Module, Jacket and FPSOs are our business.
SMOE are seeking for qualified, high integrity and energetic person to fulfill the following positions:

1. Scaffold Superintendent
a Having experiences on supervising and managing a number of craft supervisors to achieve tight construction milestones.
a Able to prepare reports and forecasts, including summary of construction progress, craft personnel forecasts and expenditures forecast.
a Strong experience of liaising with and coordinating contractors and vendors.

2. Dock Supervisor
a Having experiences in the same position minimal 3 years
a Having a track record of extensive involvement in heavy haul contracts, ship loading and coordination experience between multiple entities such as direct staff. sub-contractors and local authorities.

3. Site / Office Engineer (Turnover Engineer Walk Downs)
a Having experience in Turnover or related discipline and must be able to pertorm field inspections, climb ladders and scaffolding, work on elevated plattorms, on uneven surfaces and in confined spaces.
a Having working knowledge of construction engineering practices and inspection requirements.
a Having advanced coordination and communication skills, and having experience in interpretation of PdanIDs.

4. Punch List Coordinator
a Having 5 years experience in construction turnover data
a Posses the ability to access (scaffold, ladders, and stairs) elevated work platforms.
a This position will be required to exercise professional judgment within the framework of broad guidelines provided by the Site Management Team.
a Able to interpret, organize, execute and coordinate the construction completion and turnover activities.

5. Rigging Supervisor / Superintendent
a Experience of ensuring all construction cranes and rigging are organized to support all craft lifting requirements, include the proper lifting plans have correct rigging along with certified operators and riggers.
a Strong supervision experience including the ability to lead and manage change is desirable.
a Tertiary qualification in engineering, construction or project management is desirable.
a Having accurate turnover objectives to maintain a smooth floe of work activities.

General Requirements:
a Bilingual in English and Indonesian.
a Proficiency MS Office Application.
a Familiarity with Australian codes (AZ/NZS), IEC and Mod Yard experience preferred.
a Knowledge of Australian Quarantine Inspection procedures is an advantage.
