SECRETARY (SEC-KAL)
Responsibilities:
* Scheduling internal and external meetings and appointments, including venue arrangements;
* Planning, developing and implementing filing system for Company so as to ensure simple access to required documents
* Coordinating and arranging Company visitors and personal guests
* Concepting external business correspondences and internal memos and announcements
* Screening all incoming letters, papers and documents to device urgency, function, and needs
* Taking care of travel arrangement for Management, both domestic and overseas trips
* Translating contract agreements
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial, Linguistics/Languages, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Excellent command in English both oral and written
* Preferably Staff (non-management dan non-supervisor)s specializing in Secretarial/Executive dan Personal Assistant or equivalent.
* Willing to be placed at Tanjung - Tabalong, Kalimantan Selatan
* Full-Time position(s) available.
