Production Head

Responsibilities:

a Ensure that products are produced on time and in the good quality condition, also the production is cost effective.
a Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule;
a Analysis Budget dan Cost.
a Setting dan implement target plan and budgeting, including strategic action to realize the target.
a Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programmes..
a Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
a Liaising among branch and head office.
a Planning dan Execute Corrective, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance.
a Identifying training needs.
a Supervising and motivating a team of workers.

Requirements:

a Having experience in Manufacturer of PET Plastic Recyclingis a MUST
a Male, age 29-35 years old.
a Bachelor Degree Major in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
a Minimum 5years in same position.
a Experience handling employee.
a Good knowledge of Inventory control, 5S, TPM, TQM, Maintenance Management, Safety Procedures, and Project Management.
a Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
a Understand of ISO Management (ISO 9001 : 2008).
a Computer literate (Ms. Office).
a Having strong leadership, good communication dan interpersonal skills.
a Preferably live in Jabodetabek
a Willing to be placed at Batam
