Assistant Project Officer a � Asian Cities
Climate Change Resilience Network (ACCCRN) The Assistant Project Officer will work closely with city network coordinator to organize and facilitate Indonesian city networks
activities to develop, plan, budget, and identify potential funding for participatory, city level, climate change resilience strategiesand climate adaptation action;The Assistant project officer will be required to work with a wide range of networking with city stakeholders spanning civil society, private sector, local government, etc.

Assistant Project Officer will be based in Lampung and Semarang

Qualifications:
2 years of experience in Indonesia climate change initiatives and/or urban development;N Experience in networking and project implementation, and documentation related to Indonesian climate change issues, and Indonesian government climate change initiatives and actors;BA/S or higher in environmental sciences, or similar field;N Fluency in English verbal and written communication is essential;N Strong familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel are mandatory;Candidate must be willing to travel regularly to Jakarta.This position will be as temporary staff for 8 months

JAKARTA

mPWS (mobile - Pemantauan Wilayah Setempat)
Assistant a � Health Program mPWS is a complementary surveillance tool designed by Mercy
Corps and the operations researcha � advisory board meeting member to enable a more timely and accurate collection of PWS data, and promote useful analysis, and utilization of data for program and community mobilization planning.N
The mPWS Assistant will work together with the LAMAT Operationalization Coordinator of Mercy Corps health and nutrition program in West Jakarta to the operationalize of mPWS and strengthening PWS KIA (Pemantauan Wilayah Setempat a � Kesehatan Ibu serta Anak).
The mPWS assistant will help organize trainings, facilitate technical assistance from OR partners, document progress, and help maintain relationships between Mercy Corps team, communities, health providers, as well as providing constructive feedback and observation to the implementation of mPWS model.

Qualifications:
Possess a relevant university degree or college diploma and relevant 2-3 years work experience;Knowledge in mobile-phone, and computer technology;Experiences in working closely, training and/or mentoring governments, communities and health providers;Knowledgeable in Indonesia health information system, particularly MCH LAMAT (PWS KIA);Having experiences in quantitative and qualitative assessments, in research, particularly in health research;English proficiency is an advantage;Senior Communications Officer
The Senior Communications Officer will lead overall internal and external communication, documentation and publication in relation to Mercy Corps Indonesia Country Program. The Senior Communications Officer will lead the development of Mercy Corps Indonesia Country Program and individual project communications strategies, as well as coordinate media relations, external and internal publications, monitor the filing and archiving of newspaper and/or magazine clippings of Mercy Corps media coverage, advise and oversee graphic design for urban publications, manage the Mercy Corps Indonesia external website, create both a resource library and an image (or photo) library for all projects and the overall Mercy Corps Indonesia Country program, which is linked with Head Quarter systems.

Qualifications:University degree in mass communication or a relevant field;Prior experience in a similar post or in a communications field minimum 4 years;Prior experience in an international NGO/PVO or an international firm is advantageous;N N General understanding of relief and development programs is required;Excellent English skills required, both verbal and written;Highly-developed computers skills, with strong familiarity with Adobe soft ware, at least one (any) graphic design software, MS Office, Power point, Outlook, Excel, and Word.Please send your CV withN position applied on the surat elektronik [surel/email] subject to: hrd--at--id.mercycorps.orgN
