FOREMAN QUALITY CONTROL

Requirements:
N N N a Male, Bachelor degree in Chemistry / Mining Engineering
N N N a minimal 3 - 4 years in related position in BAUXITE mining field
N N N a Good understanding of mineral content and sorting out the type of minerals for Bauxite
N N N a Able to supervise mining activities; stock pile, blending, loading material
N N N a Proactive, results oriented
N N N a Initiative, hardworking, disciplined and able to work under pressure
N N N a Located in Kalimantan Barat

LABORATORIUM SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:
N N N a Menetapkan, mengkoordinasikan kualitas bauksit serta kontrol chart
N N N a Mempersiapkan laporan rutin kepada management serta lembaga regulator jika di perlukan
N N N a Mengkoordinasi / mengembangkan prosedur standart operasi untuk mendukung staff lapangan maupun personil

Requirements:
N N N a Pria dan/atau Wanita
N N N a Pendidikan minimal S1 Kimia
N N N a Pengalaman di Pertambangan Bauksit
N N N a minimal 3 - 5 tahun pengalaman dalam bidangnya
N N N a Meiliki kemampuan mengatur perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengendalian serta pelaksanaan dalam Labolatorium Memiliki pemahaman tentang instrumen ICP serta standarisasi internasional penentuan unsur dalam pertambangan ( ISO, ASTM, JIS, GB )
N N N a Memiliki pengetahuan baik dalam proses kimia, mineral content serta menggunakan instrumen (XRD, XRF Test)
N N N a Mengerti tentang SOP, ISO, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025, QC dan/atau QA, prosedur serta proses produksi dalam kegiatan pertambangan
N N N a Memiliki kemampuan Ms. Excel, word serta Power Point
N N N a Bersedia di tempatkan di Kalimantan Barat

Kepala Teknik Tambang (KTT)N Pontianak (Kalimantan Barat) - Meliau

Responsibilities:
N N N a Accountable for overall Mining Operations activities (land clearing, drilling, mine survey, overburden stripping, bauxite quality analysis, civil work, etc) and Health Safety and Environment
N N N a Set the production target to the best of the production facilities and to make sure that the target is achieved
N N N a Supervise mining team in order to be able to work effectively, ensure operations are functioning safely and environmentally sound
N N N a Accountable dan plan for Mine Operations budget
N N N a Set up a comprehensive reporting system and standard operating procedures
N N N a Prepare Monthly Production Report, Evaluation mining progress, and Annual plan
N N N a Act as a Kepala Teknik Tambang (KTT) to comply with the Government standard
N N N a Accountable for all KTT reports to be sent timely to Minerba ESD/ Bupati
N N N a Ensure field communications are well-established and effective, particularly Emergency Response and general field communications
N N N a Manage and control all mining sites operation for all mining aspect include technical dan non technical to achieve project target

Requirements:
N N N a minimal 8 (eight) years experience in mining industry, bauxite preferably, and minimal 5 (five) years in managerial level
N N N a Bachelor degree (S1) from faculty of Mining Engineer/ Geology
N N N a Fluent in English both oral dan written
N N N a Computer Literate in using MS office dan Internet
N N N a Create Good Mining Practice
N N N a Able to manage both natural resources and human resources to achieve efficient and productive result
N N N a Able to prepare and control project budget
N N N a Good leadership and managerial skillsto subordinates, tactful to communicate with people in all levels
N N N a Good health and able to work under pressure with good result and always seek best solution to solve problem
N N N a To be located at site, Kalimantan Barat/ Kalimantan Tengah
