Currently requires professional staff for the following positions:

1. Metallurgical Superintendent

Major Challenges:
a Manage an effective dan sustainable Metallurgist and QC Lab Team.
a Maintain a continuous improvement culture within the Fixed Plant Processing Department with respect costs dan HSE.

Personal Competencies:
Requirement:
a Mineral Processing degree or equivalent.
a Minimum 5 years in a supervisory position.
a Process control development skills would be an asset.
a Sound experience with Gold CIL / CIP Processing is a must.
a Understanding of budgets
a Excellent communication skills required in both Bahasa and English.
a Experience in met accounting data.

Job Description:
a Develop and implement systems and procedures to direct, assess and control the process performance.
a Recruit, train and mentor members for both metallurgist and QC Lab group.
a Ensure objectives, targets and standards are established and effectively communicated to metallurgical and operational personnel.
a Ensure effective communication is maintained between all process stakeholders.
a Implement process control strategies necessary for optimization of mill processes to meet or exceed targets.
a Provide input to the development, execution and completion of projects which will play a major role in the successes of the metallurgical group.

2. Senior Geo technical Engineer/Geologist

Job Description:
The National Geo technical Engineer will:
a Manage Geo technical and Hydrological issues across site.
a Liaise with outside consultants.
a Implement monitoring programs as required.
a Conduct slope stability analysis as required.
a Conduct/Manage Geo technical mapping as required.
a Provide reports on slope stability as required.
a Develop processes to Geo technical log core.
a Participation and input into short, mid and long term design program for the open pit, waste dump, and mine infrastructure.

General requirement:
a 5 years experience in Senior Geo technical Role.
a Degree qualified (Engineering or Geology).
a Proficient in the use of computer software to perform Geo technical analysis
a Experience in establishing monitoring programs.
a Proficient in writing report

3. Project Engineer Superintendent

General requirement:
a Mechanical or Electrical Degree
a minimal 3 years experiences in Au/Ag Processing
a Proficient in the use of computer software
a Proficient in writing report

4. Senior Geologist

General requirement:
a Geology Degree
a minimal 8 years experiences in Au/Ag Exploration
a Know how to manage the project independently
a Having RC/DD Drilling Experience, logging/sampling to JORC standard
a Knowledgeable Map info, Surpac and other GIS software
a Proficient in the use of computer software
a Proficient in writing report

5. Exploration Geologist

General requirement:
a Geology Degree
a 0-5 years experiences in Au/Ag Exploration
a Knowledgeable Map info, Surpac and other GIS software
a Proficient in the use of computer software
a Proficient in writing report

6. Geologist-GIS Database

General requirement:
a Degree qualified
a 0-5 years experiences in Geology database management with experience in gold exploration is advantage
a Knowledgeable Map info, Surpac and other GIS software
a Proficient in the use of computer software
a Proficient in writing report

7. Graduate Mechanical Engineer

General requirement:
a Degree qualified (Mechanical Engineering).
a Proficient in the use of computer software
a Proficient in writing report

8. Project Supervisor

General requirement:
a Degree qualified (Engineering)
a minimal 3 Year Project Experience
a Knowledge of CMMS
a Proficient in the use of computer software
a Proficient in writing report

9. Project Electrician

General requirement:
a minimal Technical high school or Diploma degree of Electrical
a minimal 5 Years Experiences in electrical maintenance project in a processing industry
a Willing to work in remote area
