We currently have vacancies in our Batam operations as part of our growing and would like to invite highly motivated individual for the following positions:


MANAGER LEVEL
1. ASSISTANT MANAGER FINANCE CONTROLLER

Responsibilities:
a. Responsible for day-to-day transactions, month end reporting, Costing and Inventory Management
b. Review monthly account reconciliation, monthly account analysis for Balance Sheet and PdanL
c. To perform monthly rolling forecast
d. Preparation of ad hoc reports from time to time
e. To liaise and work closely with Operation team
f. Budget vs Actual analysis, Capital expenditure
g. Will Lead Financial Analysis and Costing team

2. ASSISTANT MANAGER INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Responsibilities:
a. Consults with management to analyze computer system needs for management information and functional operations, to determine scope and priorities of Projects and to discuss system capacity and equipment acquisitions
b. Recommends and develops plans for systems development and operations, hardware and software purchases, budget and stalling
c. Manages the development implementation, installation and operation of information and functional systems for the orgarnization
d. Develops, maintains and tests disaster recovery plans
e. Others item related to IT

Requirements:
1. Good communication in English
2. Degree (S1) in any Accounting 621with 5 years experiences in the same position
3. Degree (S1) in Information System with 5 years experiences in the same position

STAFF LEVEL
1. ASSOCIATE PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
2. MATERIAL ANALYST
3. QUALITY ENGINEER
4. TEST ENGINEER
5. MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN
6. TEST ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN
7. QUALITY ASSURANCE TECHNICIAN

Requirements:
1. Good communication in English for all vacancies (1-4)
2. Degree (S1) in ElectricdanElectronic (1-4) or D3 with 3 years experiences in the same position
3. Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineer is also welcome for (3)
4. Diploma (D3) in Electro/Electronic (5-7)
5. Fresh graduate Will be considered as well according to the education background required as above
