Job Responsibilities :
a Ensure inspection of pre-fabrication, fabrication and/or construction activities and EPC Contractor (JGC) are conducted according to approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP); ensure the required QC documentation and required NDT (Non Destructive Test) are conducted in compliance with relevant Standard/Code, Specification and Project requirement with good construction safety practices based on schedule and budget.
a Ensure Quality Surveillance on Contractor/Subcontractor or Vendor activity regarding welded pre-fabrication, fabrication and/construction.
a Conduct inspection (Hold Point, Witness and Review record) on pre-fabrication/fabrication and/or construction activities as per approved ITP
a Supervise EPC Contractor (JGC) related to areas of NDT (Non Destructive Test) to successfully complete the work on schedule and within budget.
a Monitor and control the NDT to ensure it is well running without complaint; follow the procedures and meet the requirement.
a Continuously monitor, control and maintain highest quality and administer good construction safety practices.
a Review the test procedure and requirement.
a Ensure all measurement test are passing the certification procedure as well as ready to followN procedure.
a Review test record and report, list of test requirement and certification procedure.
a Contribute and monitor all HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) issues in Non Destructive TestN area.

Job Requirements :
a Diploma in Engineering (mechanical, instrument, electrical) or Senior high school (SMA/STM) with significant fabrication and construction experience on major projects:
N N N a Certified Welding Inspector
N N N a Certified NDT a � RT Level II and Other NDT Method (MT/PT/UT) (advantage)
a Familiar with relevant standard, code and practices for inspection
a Familiar with Migas and documentation requirement
a Willing to relocate at Site, Luwuk, Central Sulawesi
a This position is required for contractual basis

OPERATIONAL SECURITY LEAD

Job Responsibilities:
a Manage, monitor, and control all activities related to security services at site, Jakarta and other DSLNG work locations (except at port and site coastal area) to ensure the companya �s operations in a secure condition and assure security operation is conducted in effective, efficient, cost recoverable manner with well coordination with authority and mutual relationship with all stakeholders and also comply with Government regulations and internal company policy.
a Ensure coordination with DSLNGa �s contractors, authority, third party security provider in daily security operation at head office and site (except at port and site coastal area)
a Monitor the performance of third party security provider in daily operation at head office and site
a Periodically evaluate KPI of third party security provider and propose the remedial action to management of DSLNG and third party security provider
a Control and monitor the security procedure to ensure it is applied in any occasions related to any security issues (involving internal or external party)
a Recommend solution of any finding related to security issue, both related to internal or external (i.e. community relation)
a Control security cost, including cost incurred from coordination with authority
a Identify any risk that can emerge in any operation of DSLNG at head office, site or other operation location (except at port and site coastal area)
a Propose risk mitigation from any risk identified in any DSLNG premises and locations (except at
port and site coastal area)
a Ensure security coordination for any VIP visiting DSLNG premises, surrounding and inside DSLNG area, including liaising with authority for this occasion (in coordination with GS department)
a Liaise and maintain relationship with the authority, including police and army
a Promote and monitor all HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) issues in Security area

Job Requirements:
a Bachelor degree in any discipline.
a Professional certification or training in Security Service area (Garda Pratama dan Garda Madya)
a 3-5 years of experience in security service area with 3 years of experience in supervisory level, preferably in Oil and Gas industry
a Willing to relocate at Site, Luwuk, Central Sulawesi
a This position is required for contractual basis
