CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

Responsibilities:
* Supervise, motivate and develop CS team members in technical competencies, knowledge, skills and abilities to provide professional support to customer
* Responsible in managing and directing all aspects of incoming call center operations, Implementation and reviewing call center policies and procedures
* Plan and implement operational procedures and service level for Call Centre and Walk-in Customer
* Train, coach and manage the team
* Produce quantitative and qualitative reports on Customer Service KPIs and related data
* Build knowledge and understanding of products and company visions
* Responsible for development and monitoring quotas for service volume and timeliness

Requirements:
* Successfully completed your Bachelor degree or above in any major
* Having at least 7 years working experience of customer services, and at least 3 years of people management experience
* Self motivated, result oriented, dedicated, and driven to succeed
* Good English communication skill
* High proficiency in handling complaints from customers and customer oriented person
* You have excellent ability for communication, influence, and team management skills
