Responsibilities:
The Sales Manager, Indonesia will be responsible for the development of Kramer Electronics sales throughout the region, including:
Initiating and executing marketing strategies to grow Kramer presence in Indonesia. As this is the first hire in Indonesia, there is great potential for career development as Kramera �s businesses in Indonesia grows . Representing the company in public relations, commercial and technical matters. Building and maintaining meaningful relationships with dealers, consultants and end-users. Creating brand awareness and preference for Kramer family of products. Identifying, evaluating and training new as well as supporting existing channel partners Supporting the channel partners in commercial and technical areas to deliver pre-assigned sales targets. Working closely with technical and pre-sales teams to deliver superior customer service. Requirements:
Commercially Savvy. Minimum Diploma in Engineering / business / related field Minimum 5 years sales/business development experience, preferably from the Audio-Visual market Demonstrated success in building a channel network N Proven track record in meeting sales targets.
