Treasury Operations Unit Head (TROP-UH)

Responsibilities:
To consistently provide superior operations management to all business units by processing (execute) all Treasury transactions at the best possible solution as soon as the instructions were received.

Requirements:
a N Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Banking, Economic or Finance from reputable university.
a N Minimum 3 years of banking operation experience, with minimum 2 years experience in the area of Treasury Operations.
a N Having experience in supervisor role in treasury operations area
a N Having good understanding in treasury products and its accounting principles.
a N Strong analytical and technical skills
a N Proactive, full of initiative, highly integrity, risk focus and attention to details

IT Account Manager (AM)

Key Responsibilities:

a N Define and lead the engagement process for new investments for the IT portfolio
a N Participate in and contribute to the prioritisation process for IT to deliver the outcome of a balanced portfolio and clear roadmap to meet the business goals dan objectives
a Act as a point of reference for Project tools for Commonwealth Bank of Vietnam
a N Assist in identifying improvements to project, system release and department administration processes

Requirements:
a N Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Information Technology or Computer Science from reputable University

Organizational Change Manager (OCM)

Key responsibility :
Lead the Organizational Change Management (OCM) delivery to understand and manage the impact and implementation of a project or a program. Accountable for all business change management activities across a project/programme including engaging specialist resources to execute the delivery of communications and training. Plans and executes specialist Change Management advice and coaching to other project teams, whilst educating change champions to increase the network of the change community.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

a N Minimum 5 years of overall business experience and understanding, preferably in Banking industry N

Key Responsibilities:
a N Manage development environments and schedules to ensure that these environments are appropriately configured for scheduled development teams
a N Prepare deployment and configuration scripts for development, test and production environments
a N Review program/ software and prepare and execute component, product and assembly testing to ensure that it operates in accordance with specifications

Requirements:

a Researching and understanding code that is to be modified or develop.
a Create development estimation and effort.

Requirements:

a Having deep Knowledge of SQL Programming, Oracle or MS SQL Server is a plus
a Having Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application
