Lowongan Kerja PT Agincourt Resources, is an Asia-Pacific gold company, based and listed in Hong Kong, and is operating the Martabe Gold Mine in North Sumatera. Having poured our firsi gold bars, the mine and processing plant is now focused on achieving the rdan up phase to go into full production. The open cut mine, with an average strip ratio of less than 1.4:1, and a conventional processing circuit incorporating jaw crushing, SAG and ball milling and CIL, is targeting to initially process 4.5mtpa to produce 250,000 ounces of gold and 3 million ounces of silver annually. The Martabe Gold Mine is striving to maintain an excellent track record in responsible mining practices, and clear commitment to compliance to mining regulations as welt as developing and managing mining activities with the involvement of local communities.
To strengthen the existing management team and to ensure the achievement of the company objectives, the Martabe Gold Mine is looking for candidate to fill the role:


INDUSTRIAL HYGIENE OFFICER (HSE 0871)
This position will be based in Martabe project and reports directly to the Industrial Hygiene Senior Supervisor.

The role of this position will responsible to:
a Conduct industrial hygiene monitoring in a safe manner.
a Monitor water quality of domestic and drinking water.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. Minimum Senior High School, preferable Diploma
2. Attend related OHS Training in Mining Industry
3. Ability to communicate both written and verbal in English and Bahasa
4. Have a valid driver A license
5. 3 years experience in OHS related role in Mining industry
6. Experience in water quality monitoring
7. Familiar with Microsoft office software especially Word and Excel.
8. Able to work independently and within team work

ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR (FS 0653)
This position will be based in Martabe Project - Batangtoru and reports directly to MEP Senior Supervisor. Role of this position is responsible to supervise in the day activities associated with the electrical preventive maintenance and electrical breakdown maintenance at camps, low land areas, offices blocks at highland and to supervise electrical personnel to ensure that adequate resources are available to meet as maintenance needs.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. Senior High School or Technical High School with relevant trade certification or Diploma in Electrical
2. Minimum 3 years experience in electrical supervisory position
3. Good knowledge in Medium voltage power distribution and reticulation, 3 phase power supply, motor control and protection.
4. Good understand in operations of Sewage Treatment and Water Treatment Plant Electrical control
5. Experience in generators up to 1,500 kva
6. Good understand in domestic electrical installations including white goods, area lighting and general power distribution.
7. Well understand with electrical of Laundry and Kitchen equipments
8. Knowledge of integrated computer systems (MS Word, Excel and Power Point)
9. Good oral and written English skills
10. High attention to detail and must he able to meet tight deadlines.
11. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others and contribute to a harmonious working environment.
12. Problem solving and analytical ability
13. High level of ethic and services oriented
14. With Certificate of Competency in Electrical Works is preferred
15. Hold Driver License and able to drive is preferred
16. Have experience in same rote in Mining Industry area of works is preferred
17. Have experience in PLC and instrumentation is preferred

TEACHER - TRANSLATOR (HR 1184)N
This position will he based at Martabe site and reports directly to the Production Supervisor/Trainer. This position would be responsible for :

The teaching role wilt consist of the delivery of English Language training to PTAR employees based on role-specific competency needs. Levels, based on the Central European Framework will be between Al to C2. The incumbent will be heavily involved in curriculum and syllabus design and develop continuous assessment tools. ESP courses, e.g., Report Writing will also be designed specifically on client needs.

a Indonesian language courses for expatriate staff will also be developed, though this is secondary to English training
a The role of the Translator is to perform the duties of translating various amounts of technical documents from English into Indonesian. There will also be documents that will need to be translated from Indonesian to English. Verbal translation during presentations and meetings will also be required

Candidates for this rote would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. Bachelor degree BA - English Language or EFL/TEFL
2. High level competency in personal computer applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
3. A high level of demonstrated ability in the delivery of English language programmes to multiple skill levels.
4. Familiarity of communicative teaching methodology
5. A current IELTS level of 7
6. Good organisation and time management skills.
7. High level of confidentiality
8. Has Certificate in English Language Training (UCLES)

SOP TRAINER (HR 1185)
This position will be based at Martabe site and reports directly to the Production Supervisor/Trainer.

This position would be responsible for assist the SOP Training Supervisor in the development and implementation of knowledge arid skill training, to ensure ongoing progression of all PTAR personnel who require permits and licences in order to work safely and effectively within the appropriate manpower regulations and legislation. The incumbent will be the front-line trainer and assessor of numerous permits and licenses.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications arid experience:
1. Is a Certified Trainer
2. Current Indonesian tight vehicle licences
3. 5 years experience in the mining industry with 3 years as a Vehicle / Equipment Operator Training Trainer
4. A sound awareness of operational safety issues and an excellent personal safety record
5. Thorough knowledge of Equipment Operator Standards
6. Is a Certified Rigger, Dog man and various MINERBA Vehicle Certificates
7. High level competency in personal computer applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
8. Batak language skills

SOP Training Supervisor (HR 1186)
This position will be based at Martabe site and reports directly to the Production Supervisor/Trainer. This position would be responsible for:
a The rote of the SOP Training Supervisor is to manage and coordinate the development and implementation of skills training, to ensure ongoing progression of all site personnel who require vehicle driving or equipment operation permits as part of the job rote and function.
a The incumbent will work closely with Mining, Operations and SCM Managers, Supervisor and personnel authorized to gain permits to achieve the required corporate training goals and localization targets.
a Manage POP, POM and POU administration. Ensuring compliance across site and organizing and delivering pre-assesment training.
a The SOP Training Supervisor will take a lead in the development of appropriate training packages and constantly audit training procedures within the SOP section

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. Holds a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
2. Holds POP certification
3. A sound awareness of competency based training systems
4. 5 years experience in the mining industry with 3 years as a Vehicle / Equipment Operator Training Trainer
5. Thorough knowledge of Equipment Operator Standards
6. A sound awareness of operational safety issues and an excellent personal safety record
7. Is a Certified Rigger, Dogman and various MINERBA Vehicle Certificates
8. High level competency in personal computer applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
