Responsibilities:
Welcoming visiting customers or guides Handle outgoing and incoming calls and letters Assist in simple administrative duties Requirements:
Female, age not more than 25 years old Minimal education : High school graduate or diploma degree in any field Having at least one year experience as Front Desk Officer or Receptionist Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good appearance and pleasant personality Having excellent phone manner Knowledgeable in MS Office Willing to be placed at West Jakarta Customer Relation Officer
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries Handle and resolve customer complaints Communicate directly with customers either by telephone or electronically Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints Communicate and coordinate with internal departments Requirements:
