Specific accountabilities
Ensure the availability and optimum deployment of the Companya �s prime resource a � its people - to achieve expected business objectives, client outcomes, and company profitability Maintain regular review of the HR function, its processes, and organizational structure to ensure currency and best efficiency in the delivery of expected and agreed services Prepare the strategic HR Plan for the location in consultation with the Location Management Team and drive the plan to ensure all deliverables are met. In consultation with management, and in support of the HR Plan, ensure appropriate policies, processes and procedures are in place and fully maintained Manage and maintain personnel administration, recruitment, selection, induction and training, employee relations and welfare, remuneration and benefits, redeployment and exits, and any other HR activities as directed. Provide coaching and support to location management in the effective and efficient management of all aspects of HR management Lead the recruitment function to ensure all projects have workforce plans in place and are being actioned in a timely fashion especially during critical ramp-up and rdan down phases. Pay active attention to supporting the redeployment of employees completing project assignments Ensure personnel records are securely maintained to meet employee, company and statutory requirements and entitlements Ensure activities related to the function comply with relevant Corporate and local legislation, and ethical standards, using to the maximum extent possible, WorleyParsons systems, policies, processes and procedures as go-bys making effective use of go-bys Actively support regional HR initiatives and represent Location HR needs to Regional HR Quality Assurance a � Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system Safety a � Responsible for personal safety safe working practices within HR. A demonstrated ability to work in partnership with the management team to create a positive workplace culture that fosters ongoing staff attraction, development, motivation and retention Demonstrated systems and process management orientation and competence Proven leader and functional manager with change management and communication skills, supported by coaching, influencing and mentoring skills, and sensitivity to cultural issues Solid understanding in Indonesian labour laws Experience in a multicultural environment within the ASCH region with understanding and empathy in issues with expats and employee mobility. Strong business and commercial acumen including an overt customer/stakeholder focused ethos Degree qualified in relevant discipline Incumbents are expected to have a minimum 15 years of relevant HR experience, including 5 years at leadership level and 3 - 5 years exposure in International Engineering Company. Primary objective
To provide risk management and Loss Prevention services to the various Worley Safety dan Risk Management clients. To be responsible to the performance of projects assigned to both in terms of technical capability and also commercial performance of the project. To provide services of technical nature in meeting project requirements.Specific accountabilities
To identify the safety engineering scope of work from basis of design. To be able to determine and estimate norms to conduct the scope of work. To be able to raise a suite of project deliverables including procedures, design basis and HES Plan dan Schedules of activities Knowledge of HAZOP workshops, Fire dan Explosion Analysis, Fire Protection related studies and Formal Safety assessments. Design Safety reviews/Studies, Layout, EERA, ESSA, FdanG, Dropped Object, Hazardous Area, QRA, Active Fire Protection Design. Passive Fire Protection Design.Essential skills/experience
