2. HR REPRESENTATIVE (OFFICER LEVEL) (HR-REP)
3. FINANCE CONTROLLER (FIN-CONT)
4. MANUFACTURING ENGINEER (ENGR)
5. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (PROD-SPV)
6. MACHINIST (MCN)

Special Requirement:

a Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Admmistration/Human Resources/Psychology/law (1-2) Finance(3), Mechanical/Metallurgy/lndustrial Engineering Degree (4-5) from reputable university, Senior High School or Technical School majoring Mechanical (6)
a Must understand the Indonesian Labor laws dan Income Tax (PPh 21) Regulation (1-2)
a Understand payroll, training, recruitment, IR, TdanD, CdanB, KPI and expat permit handling (1-2)
a Must understand to use SAP Payroll or other payroll software (1-2)
a Understand SAP/Hypenon program is advantage (3)
a Familiar with Indonesia tax regulations (Brevet A/B) (3)
a Experience in the welding, painting, assembling and CNC Machining process will be more advantage (4)
a Able to travel occasionally, coordinate and liaise across departments, locations and countries (1-3)
a Good knowledge of tooling and machining process specializing in welding industry dan Preferable posses welding certificate and familiar with AutoCAD (4)
a Experience in the welding, painting, assembling and CNC Machining process will be more advantage (5)
a Able to read program, operate CNC machine and able to set up component dan tooling accurately will be advantage (6)
a Target and profit oriented, good interpersonal, able to lead staffs (1-5)
a Experience in the same held and position minimal 5 years (1,3), 3 years (2,4,5,6)

General Requirement:

a Must be to communicate in English both oral dan written across departments and levels
a Familiar with ISO 9000/2001, API certification, Six Sigma system will be advantage
a Proficiency using MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point dan Outlook)
a Discretion, good judgment. initiative, attitude, integrity, loyal and positive thinking
a Preferable understand SAP Payroll; iSO, OHSAS dan Six Sigma is plus
