TEST ASSEMBLY ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities:
1. Interprets to employees and ensuresN they follow policies and procedures e.g : safety, leave, overtime, hiring, firing, promotion.
2. Studies test assembly schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment.
3. Inteprets specifications, prints, and job orders to workers, and assigns duties.
4. Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules.
5. Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipmentN to increase efficiency shop, department, or work crew.
6. Analyzes and resolves work problem, or assists workers in solving work problem.
7. Regularly review the need of employees . e.g: headcount, equipment/tools, a training record etc.
8. Ensure new employeesN are oriented to the organization, its policies, facilities, has adequate facilities.

Requirements:
a Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Engineering - Mechanical (Industry) or equivalent.
a Required skill(s): lead and supervise test assembly team.
a Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, evaluation of this unit.
a Addressing complaints and resolving problems.
a Good written and verbal English communication skill.
a At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
a Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Engineering - Mechanical (Industry ) or equivalent.
a Full-Time position(s) available.

Test Assembly Operator

Responsibilities:
1. To operate test assembly equipment to complete assignments pertinent to the testing and assembly.
2. Refer to production order for the test assembly work to be carried out.
3. Ensure production order and step operation clearly understand.
4. Perform the testing and assembly work as set out in production order.
5. Record all required information upon completion.
6. Safety and Housekeeping.
7. Other duties as assigned by the are supervisor.

Requirements:
a Candidate must possess at leastN Senior High School / Technical High SchoolN or SMU.
a Basic inhouse training ( health, safety, environment (HSE).
a Required language(s): English andN Bahasa Indonesia

HSE OFFICER

Responsibilities:
1. Implement safety policies and procedure in compliance with local, state and federal Health, Safety, Environment (HSE ) rules and regulations.
2. Provides guidance to managers, supervisors, and employees in work site safety practices, fire prevention and correct handling techniques for chemical, toxins, equipments and othe material.
3. Inspect the facility to detect existing or potential accident and health hazards, and determine corrective or preventive measures where indicated.
4. Drive the safety programs with maximum participation from management and hourly employees.
5. Developp, prepare and administer health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Key performance Indicators for the project.
6. Ensure the implementation of Health,safety, Environment (HSE)N procedure and project HSE Plans.
7. Compile and manage Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) Statistical analysis document.
8. Cascade any safety related information down to the employee and assist with thorough safety induction for new personnel arriving in the company.
9. Monitor and enforce Health, safety and Environment (HSE) requirements of all subcontractors and vendors. Advise HSE Manager for any incomliance.
10. Asses technical characteristic of personnel protection equipment. Ensure that documentation, records are correctly filed.
11. Complied to HSE requirements. Carry out other duties assigned by HSE manager from time to time.

a Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent.
a Familiar with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 Standards.
a Approved safety expert (AK3 umum ) from Indonesia manpower department, able to conduct accident / injury investigation ( first aid, medical case, loss total injury (LTI) or nearmiss cases.
a Strong interpersonal and communications skill with other departments.
a N Good writtenN and verbalN in English.
a At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
a PreferablyN is men forN specializing in Engineering - Oil/Gas industryN or equivalent.

Document Controller

Responsibilities:
1. Understanding with inspection techniques, evaluate and report findings.
2. Responsible to all quality documents.
3. Responsible to perform inpection for all parts/products from incoming and receiving, in house manufacturing process and final inspection.
4. Responsible to update the documents records and status SAP System.
5. Demontrate the high performance to all Quality Documents.

a Candidate must possess at least Senior High School, Technical High School or equivalent.
a At least 2 - 3 years of working experiences inN Document ControlN is required.
a Computer literacy.
a Familiar with ISO 9001 and APIN Spec Q1 Quality Management System standard.
a Good in English both written and oral, Good interpersonal skill, proactive.
a Able to use SAP.
a PreferablyN is Men.
