Requirements:
a Male, University Degree in any field
a minimal 5 years of experience in HR field, incluing 1 year in Management level.
a Excellent knowledge in Indonesian labor law, industrial relation, recruitment, compensation and benefits/training/development and general affairs
a Able to handle general adminimal including factory facility
a Posses strong leadership, good interpersonal and communication skills.
a Proactive, dynamic, result oriented, and able to work under pressure
2. Technicians
Requirements:
a Male, D3 in Mechanical Electro Engineering / Electronics
a Excellent interpersonal, committed, self motivated, result oriented, computer literate, and
able to work under pressure
