PT Bali Bay View (Swiss - Belhotel Bay View) open lowongan kerja for following position below :

RESERVATION

Responsibilities:
* Booking rooms for hotel guests and checking in guests on arrival.
* Referred to as hotel, motel or desk clerks, and often be the first point of contact for guests arriving at a hotel.
* Work through the evening to reflect hotel operating hours.
* Should have good clerical skills and a polite and friendly disposition.
* Checking in guests and giving out hotel information, interacting with team leaders and managers, documenting information, handling conflicts or disputes and making decisions based on company procedures.

Requirements:
* Hold minimal diploma or bachelor degree, maksimal 30 years of age.
* Candidates require either similar reservations experience or a hotel reception background which has combined role.
* Good administration and computer skills, preferably familiar with VHP System.
* Highly motivated, dan Team work oriented.
* Good command of English and Indonesia, both written and oral.
* Candidates must be eligible to live and work in Bali. The selection process will be held in Bali.
