OPERATION MANAGER (OM)
Requirements:
* Indonesian citizens, male or female
* University/Academy Graduate or past experience work experience
* Ability to work to adapt to flexible working hours
* Minimum education Diploma Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management
* Strong knowledge on Bali tourism industry
* Strong Customer Service focus
Specific Requirements
* Good communication skill in English, written dan spoken
* Computer literate (MS Words, MS Excel, MS Power Point, Internet dan Web-Content)
* Experience in Tour Company Administration and/or inputting product information on hotels and tour products into user-friendly on-line system.
* Highly organized with strong negotiation skills.
* Ability to conceptualize and create travel packages to offer to our on-line customers.
* Strong character dan leadership
* Good team player
