WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
Key Accountability Areas
Ensure smooth flow of incoming, outgoing, distribution and proper handling and storing of materials to keep the material remain in good condition, well documented, and delivered to customer as required in timely manner. Maintain at high level of integrity, both inventory and locator accuracy, to enable planner and buyer to perform better planning and buying of material. Manage outgoing scrap sales and disposals properly to utilize space. Coordinate and supervise warehouse staff / non-staff to produce best possible results and deliver expectation from customers. Manage the best lead-time services at reasonable costs to meet or exceed customer expectations through better locatorsa � system and floor space utilization. Control Warehouse Operation expense with better staffing and head count planning, maintain and improve warehouse facilities and equipment., maintain compliance of ISO 9000, GMP, and EHS standard.
RequirementUniversity graduate from reputable university with very good remark (GPA 3.00) Majoring from Engineering, Economics or Business Administration. Technical Competence, Good knowledge of MRP, Inventory Management dan Warehousing, Familiar with Export a � Import Procedures. Experience in supervising mass labor, Strong leadership skills, Influencing skills., Good communication skills.
TOOLING ENGINEERKey Accountability Areas
Develop and provide injection molding tool to support development stage through production stage.
Requirement
minimal D3 in Drafting dan Designing or Tool Making. Experience minimal 2-3 year in manufacturing plant in the same position. Tool making, Tool Design, Auto CAD and Pro-E. Proactive, open minded, problem solver and team player. Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both oral and written English. Willing to be located in Cikarang (Bekasi) QUALITY ENGINEER
Key Accountability Areas
Control dan check testing for all new toys in development process based on Product Specifications , QSOPs and manufacturing ability (create method effectively) Develop clear guidelines to the QA technicians Communicate with CPI in Headquarter to ensure clear product requirements Provide specification input to Quality Engineer (QE) in order to obtain Pass / approval from Corporate Product Integrity (CPI) Perform testing for all products that running on production floor through (PA) Product Audit
RequirementBachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Chemical Engineering Experience in product development and chemical laboratory field in manufacturing industry Basic knowledge on technical competencies in production process , maintenance equipment and safety in general Advance level on technical competencies in product develop-ment (e.g. Product Development Cycle, Quality Requirement). Specific Computer Skill Competencies, such as basic knowledge in Data Processing and Presentation. Has Leadership Competencies
PRODUCTION SUPERVISORMonitoring of production processes and methods to ensure performance, product aesthetics and safety standards are achieved. Identify problems and suggest engineering solutions which directly improve process / product quality. Coordinate with support departments (Facilities and Engineering) to ensure that process equipment and line tooling undergo regular Preventative and Line Maintenance at the appropriate times. Train, motivate and coach sub-ordinates sustain product aesthetics and safety requirements. Provide assistance, support, instruction and motivation of all subordinates Contribute to plan preparation, consistent with production capacity to ensure customer requirements and schedule is achieved. Control production labor distribution and process performance to ensure daily and weekly schedule adherence is achieved and customers requirements are met on a timely basis.
RequirementS1 or D3 with equivalent professional experience. Minimum 2 years working experience in a high volume, manufacturing environment with a large labor force - preferably in a Production supervisory role. Good in communication and leadership, analytical skills and the ability to influence change. Team orientated with good interpersonal skills Proactive, results oriented, and a a �never give upa t attitude. Chemical and technical knowledge of polymers,plastic and painting Willing to work across Production function / areas when needed. Willing to work on shift basis. Willing to be located in Cikarang
MASTER PLANNERKey Accountability Areas

Requirement
Formal Educational Level : S1 in Industrial Engineering, with minimal GPA 3.0 Covering Basic Manufacturing Princi-ples, Inventory Management, and Capacity Planning Principles Working Experience: 0-2 years in production planning/ material planning Excellent interpersonal and communication skill both oral and written (English) to deal among departments, Busi-ness Planning, and other marketing affiliates Excellent skill and knowledge in Microsoft Office Can work under pressure, proactive and team oriented
INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER FOR BARBIE DRESSESKey Accountability Areas
a Responsible to develop and set standard for soft goods part in engineering area
a Responsible to develop process automation
a Gathering soft goods information to support its development process
a Conduct Engineering pilots to ensure the supporting of schedule; Work together closely with production dan Asia Design Development on daily basis
Requirement
Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Textile or Industrial Engineering from reputable university GPA minimal 3.0 Able to use Corel, Pro E, AutoCAD or any other drawing application program Good communication in English and interpersonal skill Strong analytical skill and engineering sense Proactive and results oriented Excellent problem solving skills
FACILITY ENGINEERKey Accountability Areas
Perform routine and extensive preventive maintenance and repair procedures on Plant Building, mechanical equipment and utility systems. Completes daily, weekly and monthly checklists on building equipment maintenance procedures and maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures. Responds to emergency maintenance requests as required. Assists with the renovation/remodeling of building; repairs plaster and drywall; paints building structures. Performs preventive maintenance procedures on building mechanical equipment on a scheduled basis; rolling door, kitchen equipment, replaces filters, cleaning AHU, repairs or replaces broken parts that correlated with building infrastructure.
RequirementBachelor Degree (S1), majoring in Electrical Engineer with minimal GPA 3.00 2 (two) to 3 (three) years in maintenance of building utilities Have good knowledge of the Air Conditioning dan Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) system, and Mechanical/Electrical Ability and knowledge on basic automation, building structures, plumbing system, and kitchen equipment Having Leadership Competencies Able to communicate in English both orally and in writing Willing to be located in Cikarang, Bekasi.
EXPORT IMPORT ADMINISTRATORKey Accountability Areas
a To expedite all transactions (import, subcon/local shipment and export) with proper Customs documentation according to Bonded Zone regulation.
a Work closely with shipping line, forwarding, consolidator, and trucking company to arrange the shipment on schedule.
a Build strong communication with Regional Logistics in HK and Headquarter in USA and also with the customers around the world.
a To control logistics cost and spending including prepare payment for logistics services to the logistics vendors.
a Maintaining sales shipment and regular report for Customs office.
