PT Kalimantan Prima Services Indonesia (KPSI) is a multinational company that leads a forestry industry (HTI), chip mills projects and operations in Kalimantan. Due to rapid business expansion, currently we are seeking for the highly motivated professionals to strengthen our team in the following positions and requirements:
Recruitment Officer (REC-OFC)
Requirements :
Male/Female, maksimal 30 years old
minimal S1 Psychology, Law or HR Management
Experience minimal 1 year
Have a good interview skill
Have a good knowledge of Indonesia labor law and regulations
Can handle psychology test
Have a good communication skills, written and verbal in English and Indonesia
Have a good computer literacy
Willing to travel to the plantation site
Willing to work at Balikpapan, Kalimantan Timur
