As a short term business plans, PT DH Energy is planning to set up power projects and coal up-gradation project in South Sumatera. LEGAL COUNSEL
This position will support the activities within the Legal Department, review all legal related documents, i.e. business contract, investment agreement, employment contract/letter, etc., and ensure it is in line with government regulation and international law in order to provide protection to companya �s assets and stakeholdersa � interests.
Qualifications
Formal EducationS1 degree in Law from a reputable local or overseas universityWorking ExperienceAt least 2-year experience in related areaFresh Graduates are welcome to applyMinimum GPA 3.00 (Scale 4.00)Minimum TOEFL Score 525
Other Relevant Skills
Fluent in written and spoken EnglishArticulate and persuasive in oral communicationGood knowledge of corporate law, including regulations and document preparation, litigation, employment regulation, and contract negotiation and preparationGood understanding dan knowledge of national, regional law and other law related to DH Energy main businessGood managerial skillsComputer skillsGood understanding of the company business and industry
