CUSTOMER RELATION OFFICER
IDR 2000000 - 5000000

Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the professional and efficient managing of visitors, consumers, telephone calls and messages.
* Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face.
* Supply information regarding complaints to the general public, clients and customers.

Requirements:
* Female, maksimal 25 years old
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree, majoring Communication / Hospitality
* Required skill(s): communication skill, handling complaint, telephone etiquette computer literate.
* Good communication both oral dan written in English
* Willing to work hard well-organized people, honest, energetic, having self motivation.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Staff (non-management dan non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
