Responsibilities:

You will develop and lead a team of professional Store Assistants and manage/motivate them to achieve the sales target. You should be competitive, sales-driven and result oriented. You are also responsible to ensure that an excellent standard of customer service is maintained at the store

Requirements:

The suitable candidate should be a university graduate preferably from overseas.
Mature, outgoing and have pleasant personality as well as possess excellent presentation, communication and selling skill.
Having strong leadership and fluent English are the main requirements.
Female / Male, maksimal age of 35 years old
Experienced at least 3 (three) years in manage a luxury and high end brand
