Responsibilities:
To achieve the annual sales target of passenger car lubricants, manage budget given, and manage all distributors and key accounts under his/her responsibility
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree from reputable university, in Business or related Engineering
At least 2 years relevant experience in similar field of work
High mobility and willing to travel frequently to remote area
Able to work with minimum supervision
Excellent analytical thinking
Sales and service orientation
Target driven and performance focus
Negotiation skills
Diplomacy
Knowledge in distribution
