GRM International has been appointed as the Performance Oversight and Monitoring contractor (POM) for the Education Partnership (EP), Australiaa �s largest bilateral aid program to date.
AusAID funded Performance Oversight and Monitoring (POM) project is hiring an Audit Specialist to support the procurement by POM of audit firms as sub-contractors in accordance with the requirements of the Commonwealth Procurement Rules, including securing approval of Scope of Services, preparation of tender documentation, management of tender evaluation, contract negotiation and appointment.

To succeed in this role, you will have demonstrated:Extensive experience in Indonesia;N Experience in managing and contracting audits;Knowledge of Commonwealth Procurement Rules;Experience in liaising with multiple stakeholders a � Government of Indonesia Ministries, National and International Audit organizations and AusAID;High level communication, interpersonal and diplomacy skills;Indonesian Nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.Please visit //grminternational.com/working_with_us to view the complete terms of reference.
