HR dan GA Officer
Responsibilities:
Handling HRdanGA administrative (prepare employee matters announcement, calculating overtime, employee services, etc) Support to develop HR Policies and Procedure (Training, Recruitment, Appraisal, Compensation benefit, etc) Requirements:
Female, age below 30 years old Holding minimal Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Law, Industrial Engineering Preferably experienced in HR dan GA at least 2 years Able to create and develop concepts and strategies of human resource management Having good knowledge of HR Procedures, Performance Appraisal, Indonesian Labor Laws dan Regulations, including Recruitment, Hiring, Counseling dan General Affairs Computer literate Microsoft windows, Offices, and HRGA software Placement in Jakarta andN able travel to remote areas Proficiency in English Proactive, detail and concern with accuracy Having good communication and interpersonal skill Finance Accounting Officer
Responsibilities:
ResponsibleN toN prepareN financialN report, which consist of BalanceN Sheet, Income Statement, Retained Earning and Cash Flow Statement Maintaining day to day ,journal entry to the archive document to ensure accurate and order the companya �s financial administration. Handle Tax matters Requirements:
Female, age below 30 years old Candidate must possess at least Bachelora �s Degree (S1) , Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Having at least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Good knowledge of Taxes and Accounting Principles Excellent skills in MS Office (esp.
