Position Description a � Finance and Grants Manager

The Finance Manger will report directly to the Team Leader, and provide support and advice to program partners and AusAID in managing the implementation of the program.

The Finance and Grants Manger will have the following, skills knowledge and experience:
At least a Bachelor #39;s Degree in Accounting or Finance; an MBA, CPA, or other advanced degree is preferredN Minimum five plus years administering or coordinating financial activitiesAccounting/financial management experience in a civil society settingExcellent skills in Excel spreadsheet presentations and in financial reporting systemsN Familiarity with AusAID financial and procurement proceduresExcellent relationship-building and relationship-management skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence dan motivate colleaguesExcellent interpersonal, verbal, written and cross-cultural communication skills essential In addition to technical expertise, all candidates should possess the following:
Experience working in IndonesiaN Fluency in Bahasa IndonesiaStrong understanding of gender issues in IndonesiaExperience working with civil society organizationsExperience working on gender programsN Experience working on AusAID programs (asset)
