Currently, ACF Indonesia Mission is seeking a qualified candidate for the position ofN BASE ADMINISTRATOR, to be based in KUPANG/NTT.

Initial Contract duration : 6 months (with possibility of extension)

Starting date : 19 November 2012

Responsibilities :
* N Ensure the management of the basea �s administration department which include finance, human resources and secretarial task.

* N Responsible for accounting and respect with ACF finance and purchasing procedures (manage and arrange accounting and administrative document sorting, daily cash flow and bank transaction to ensure daily fund availability)

* N Follow up the basea �s human resources administratively management (to prepare the job contracts / Job description, to follow up expired dateN of the contract ACF staff on the base, to prepare salary slip and organize the payment)

* Carry out the monthly cash forecast

* To arrange for secretarial and translation task (to make photocopies, translate document, to N book and issue the flight ticket, hotel reservation for the staff)

* Ensure the management of Expatriates on the base ( follow up the deadline of validity of visa and passport for expatriates in the base)

* Classify all accounting, legal and human resources document (Accounting document, staff files, rental contract, Donor contract and ACF partnership document locally /MOU)

* Working as a counterpart and mentor for ACF local partner.

Required Qualification / Skills
