Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of implementing the Rockefeller Foundation funded Asian Cities Climate Change Resilience Network (ACCCRN) in Indonesia.
Overall responsibilities include Project Officers and Regional Project Assistant staff supervision; coordinating work plan and program implementation with ISET, ARUP, IIED and other regional partners ; program management, research, networking, reporting and outreach; local government and City network stakeholder capacity building; Advisory Board and other government climate change initiatives coordination; communicating and coordinating with other Rockefeller country programs (India, Vietnam, Thailand) and participation in regional shared learned dialogues; financial oversight; donor relations;
visioning and creative problem solving; and overseeing any other elements related to ACCCRN. Participation in Mercy Corps Indonesiaa �s management team, strategic and cross-programming (particularly related to expansion of the urban program into second tier cities across Indonesia), and proposal writing may also be required; Active engagement at national level with key stakeholders to advocate for the institutionalization of urban climate
change adaptation policies in every city in Indonesia.
Qualifications:
5 years of experience in implementing multi-sectoral urban development programs;N 3 years of experience with urban governance and planning processes and detailed knowledge of Indonesian planning departments and procedures;Detailed knowledge of Indonesian climate change issues, and Indonesian government climate change initiatives and actors;MA/S or equivalent in Urban Planning, social science, economics, management, international development or similar degree;History of successful inter-organizational relationship building and maintenance among varied stakeholders;Demonstrated expertise in program design, monitoring, evaluation, and replication; problem-solving; communication and report writing; and financial management;N Fluent written and spoken English.ME Specialist
The Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist will play a key role in the development, roll out and improvement of API Perubahana �s program design as well as provide input on nationwide MdanE design, monitoring and evaluation (DMdanE) system, working closely with API Perubahan team member and other program Monitoring and Evaluation team members.N S/he will also provide technical support, training and guidance to support all team members in API Perubahan Program in conducting MdanE.N S/he will assist in developing demand driven monitoring and evaluation tools, and train staff to use and analyze information using the DMdanE system.N S/he will provide monitoring and evaluation technical guidance assistance to Mercy Corps and partner staff for API Perubahan. She/He has to make sure that MdanE systems and data must be fully integrated with Mercy Corpsa � nationwide and MdanE system, allowing us to track national objectives through common indicators to measure progress

Qualifications:
5 years experience working as professional with at least 3 yearsa � experience with monitoring and evaluation (USAIDa �s MdanE Framework is highly considered);N Skilled in MdanE methodologies, understanding and familiar of statistics;Experience working with local NGOs or international NGO is preferred but not essential.N N Fluency in English verbal and written communication;Computers skills with strong familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, SPSS, and database systems such as Access are mandatory.This position will be as fixed term employee for 1 year.

Mother Support Group (MSG) Officer
Mercy Corpsa � MSG Officer is responsible to support project coordinators in implementing community-based Mothers Support Group model in the highest quality possible. That will be done by ensuring trainers and training preparations will be adequate and sufficient for replication of MSG in Mercy Corps program area. The officer is also responsible to support project coordinators in further engagement with MSG stakeholders under the coordination of the MSG National Trainer.
Qualifications:
Certified as MSG trainer;Have been actively facilitating MSG training in the last 12 months;Minimum 2 years experience of working for maternal and child health issues in Indonesia;Minimum 2 years experience as trainer for community and health staff in Indonesia;Proven knowledge and skills on the applications of adult learning principles;Willing to travel up to 50% of the time;Background education in public health or medicine is an advantage.
