The Indonesian International education Foundation(IIEF) is an educational organization that administers various educationalscholarship programs for study in Indonesia and abroad, including a number of short-term training and programs for professionals and scholars funded by international sponsor institutions.

IIEF is calling for a Cost Controller for Program to Extend Scholarship and Training to Achieve Sustainable Impact Phase Two (PRESTASI II) funded by USAID . The position is contingent on USAID approval of the proposedcandidate. Successfully candidate will be
expected to start immediately in the beginning of October 2012.

Under the supervision of the Finance Manager, the Cost Controller will carry out thefollowing functions:
Collate, input, review, and analyzing the project expenditure as well as project cashflow and forecastingCreate and maintain accounting entries in the SUN SYSTEMDevelop and maintain project cost control in accordance with policy and proceduresMonitor budget and progress of the project activities in relation with the cost control, change management and cost trendControl the time allocation as well as ensure the calculation of benefit and remuneration charged to the projectSupport the preparation of contractual bid packages in cost matters such as economical evaluation, prices analysis, and contractual affairsProvide support and advice on procurement activities and participate in the process of awarding high cost, long lead or strategic itemsImplement and maintain a follow up monitoring system for key items under purchasingInitiate and process project commitment, and timely payment of invoicesManage the interface between project cost control systems and accounting systemInteract with the project team on financial issues and project deliverablePerforms other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Minimum S1 in Finance, Accounting or ManagementN Minimum 2 years project accounting experience within NGOWorking knowledge of Project Cost Management SystemsAbility to communicate effectively in oral and written communication in English and Bahasa IndonesiaFamiliar with Sun System Accounting SoftwareTeam player attitude, ability to think,plan, create and successfully work with othersAbility to build and maintain relationships in order to deliver on resultsAbility to maintain confidentialityHonest, accurate, and punctual For more information about IIEF go to //iief.or.id
