To improve our staffs' competency and maintain service excellence to the whole guests, Nikki Hotel a leading city hotel in Denpasar requires and opens vacancy for Professional Trainer by following qualifications:Minimum 5 years in hotel industry and training staffs Understand Up to Date service excellent to the guests Could give Skill training (90%) not simply Knowledge (not theory) Could train service standard and arrange service breakdown Could make service sequences in order to be easily understood by our staffs for example: how to handle buffet breakfast, room service, banquet service, N etc. Present On the Spot Training method (not class training but directly at the outlet) Could present 3 in 1 training application such as: techniques, communication courtesy, and body language (gesture dan posture) Could explain in details some benefits why you use a certain technique or a certain service standard for our hotel and staffs to avoid misunderstanding
