Yayasan Inovasi Pemerintahan Daerah (YIPD) is an independent, non-profit, technical service foundation and a sustainable resource of ideas, concepts, and innovations on aN relevant set of local government topics and sectors impacted by Indonesiaa �sN decentralization program. YIPD aims to positively contribute to Indonesia #39;s decentralization process by enabling local governments to more professionally manage local resources and effectively and efficiently provide services to local constituents.N Within this context, YIPD has been implementing capacity building and capacity assessment programs, as well as conducting high quality research throughout Indonesia.

Currently YIPD has an immediate need for an experienced full time staff to be a part of our programN team. The program staff will be part of program team in implementingN the YIPDa �s programs,N include writing proposals, implementingN projects,N and monitoring dan evaluation.

The required qualifications are as follow:
IndonesianN NationalityN and based inN JakartaN Minimum master degree in related fieldMinimumN 5N years of experience in the development planning, environment management, climate change.Experienced in handling and managing a projectAbility to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Indonesia both orally and inN writing.Willingness to travel to rural areas throughout IndonesiaEffective analysis skills and ability to identify solutions to challengesExcellentN writing skillsN (especially regular report writing)ExperiencedN inN working closely withN government officialsIf you feel you are a viable candidate for this position please:
