Job Description:
a Provide and control employeea �s disciplinary activity programs
a Handle employeea �s indisciplinary problem, grievance, Warning Letter issuance, and dismissal process
a Handle legal review, monitor compliance, and give advise related with employment law implementation in company
a Updating employment law document, knowledge and information on IR matter
a Provide and maintain good relations and communication with employee, Labor Union and external party related with IR matter
a Provide other activity on communication especially for companya �s policy implementation to maintain harmonious working climate
a Make disciplinary, labor case and IR activity report
Requirements:
a Holding Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law, Management, Business Administration or related major
a Having minimum 2 years experience in Industrial Relations and handling dispute settlement especially in manufacture
a Good understanding Labor / Employment Regulations and dispute settlement process, CLA (PKB) process
a Experienced in relation with Labor Union, Government and external party
a Conversant in English and computer literate
a Hard worker, good communication dan negotiation skill, able to work independently or as team player, can work under pressure, good leadership skill
a Work placement in Cikarang
