Process EngineerJawa Barat - Narogong

Responsibilities:

a Research optimisation studies, new ideas, data analysis, and process experimentation
a Design trials and tests
a Observing deviations and investigating root cause
a Carry out assessment - plan to improve
a Optimisation to minimise overall cost
a Communicate findings/issues with production and maintenance
a To liaise with the management team and suppliers to carry out design/investigation work of processes or equipment to improve operational efficiency
a Regularly review and improve operating procedures and practices
a Support Technical Department team in achieving the department goal
a Contribution to environmental responsiveness and ensuring monitoring systems are effective

Requirements:

a Education : a� Graduate degree in Chemical Engineering.
a Experience : a� 3 - 5 yearsa � work experience in continuous process preferably in cement
a Computer literacy :a� computer literacy dan reporting/ data analysis
a Language : a� Good in English both oral or written
a Good understanding of the cement manufacturing process
a Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
a Investigative and problem solving skill.
a High level of computer literacy/data analysis.
a Preferably has CFD software skill
a Fluency in written and spoken English.
a Good in presentation and reporting skill
