We are an established Batik Company with renowned luxury Batik brand, seeking qualified, experienced, and energetic candidates to grow with us for the following position:


Senior Manager - Retail Operation
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

Report to Sales and Marketing Director
Plan andimplementasuccessful performance management and succession processes for Head Office and Retail teams.
Develop long and short term goals and objectives for retail.
Formulate, track and manage retail revenue, profit, expense budgets
Lead and coordinate the retail sales operations, planning and visual merchandising teams to deliver a best in class retail environment which creates a unique and compelling customer experience.
Constant assessment and improvement, of the retail capabilities in the store based retail teams.
Weekly operational store and market visits.
Procurement, supply chain and inventory management.
Process improvement, SOP building and system audits.
Lead, manage, train and motivate retail teams to achieve targets, including to build an effective sales target incentive
Drive retail marketing and in-store activations.
Strategic input/decisions regarding product mix, assortment and distribution in stores to optimize revenue.
Manage and improve sales analysis process and system via existing Retail ERP module
Build CRM capabilities, develop system, cultivate existing database for optimized Customer Lifetime Value
The Retail General Manager also ensures that matters related to retail finance and transactions are within their supervision

Requirements:

S1 degree. S2 in management is preferable
minimal 7 years total experience in retail operations management. Experience in managing multiple retail doors (minimal 5 own stores and 10 total doors in total) in fashion industry is compulsory
minimal 2 years experience in managing operation in GM/ Senior Manager level is an advantage
Apparent strength in data cultivation and analysis for accurate forecasting
A strong track record for revenue growth and expansion is an advantage
A people and team builder
