SECRETARY

Responsibilities:
* Management of the GMa �s schedule and calendar
* Coordinate and organize meetings
* Write and distribute minutes of meetings, when necessary
* Arrange and confirm appointments
* Assist in preparation of presentations, correspondence, reports and documents
* Handle incoming mails and other materials
* Answering phone calls, taking messages and addressing queries
* Ownership of all travel arrangements, including itinerary management, generating expense claim and accommodations
* Handles HR duties as assigned by HRD

Requirements:
* Diploma/Degree from reputable Secretarial Academy with minimal of 3 yearsa � secretarial experiences or HR experiences
* Strong in Administration skill and ability to multi-task
* Computer literate
* Proficiency in written and spoken English
