AZ Soft is an IT Solution and Electronic Importer Company. We are regional partners with Blackboard and Polyvision. We are currently seeking for sales manager to build our sales team and market our products. We will provide basic salary and high incentives from commission. The qualifications are as follows:
Sales Manager
Requirement:
maksimal 40 years old
minimal S1 in any discipline (preferably in management)
minimal 2 years experience as Sales Manager
Good communication dan writting skills (Indonesian and English)
Initiative, Energetic, Proactive, Self-Motivated and Result Oriented
Good interpersonal, Good Presentation dan Communication Skill
Have an excellent sales record and negotiation skills, highly motivated, passionate in sales field with strong target oriented
Job Description :
Identify and acquire new clients
Create quality, strategic and profitable proposals
To present and to follow up the deals
Managing sales team and sales channel
Building and maintaining good relationship with existing and prospective customers
Develop strategies and deliver excellent sales and after-sales services to maximize sales, customer satisfaction and retention
To make the progress report and action plan regularly
