1. Bachelor or Master degree with CGPA minimum 3.0 from 4.0 scale
2. Fluent in English, both oral and written
3. Background : Fishery, Husbandry, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Accounting,Marketing
4. Willing to work in all CPP operation area
