ROOM DIVISION MANAGER
Responsibilities:
* Having positive attitude, motivation, and self discipline toward work
* Good problem solving, administrative, and inter personal skill
* Strong knowledge of each requirement
* Excellence leadership
Requirements:
* Male or Female not older than 40 years old
* Bachelora �s degree in Hotel administration, Business Administration or equivalent
* At least 3 years experience in similar capacity in hotel
* Having a good communication and interpersonal skill in English, good negotiator and customer oriented
* Strong leadership , innovated and management skills
* Able to work under pressure. Accept criticism and calm in emergencies
* Develop and implement strategic plan to accommodate cooperate goals
* Analytical and strategy thinking
* Right personality toward the role and responsibility
* Experience with several hotel operations system
* Able to work well under pressure
* Mature dan Responsibility
