Regional Sales Manager
A rare opportunity is now available for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to provide top-quality service to our customers, Indonesia and particularly worldwide. This opportunity is suitable for a candidate who has excellence in maintaining clientsa � accounts, Client Relationship Management or other related commercial acumenin Top Mining Company in Indonesia.
In order to qualify for the role, you will be exposed to the following responsibilities which are not limited to but will include:
Increasing market a �share of walleta � with our existing clients by account management of an existing customer base within our organizational network.
Identifying and developing new sales opportunities with new customers.
Liaising with Sales Representative team in the preparation of quotes, proposals and tenders.
Providing technical and expert advice to the member of Sales Representative by liaising with the Sales Engineer.
Provides marketing intelligence to explore opportunities in country and support financial figures for planning purpose.
What will make you the candidate for the role?
In order to qualify with the role, you will have demonstrated experience in Sales Accounts and Accounts Administration within the industry, possessed a strong knowledge and understanding of value streams and value drivers, a strong commercial acumen and a strong selling characteristics. The following skills and experience would be considered highly desirable:
Young Dynamic and sales target oriented desirable.
Willing to be stationed at Mine Site (close to our costumer, East Kalimantan or East Indonesia Region)
Broad technical and general product knowledge,
Willingness to learn the product range of the company.
Extensive experience in accounts management and Customer Relations Management
Preferably having experience working in Agen Tunggal Pemegang Merek (ATPM) of Heavy Equipment Company.
Excellent communication skillsand influencing Skill
Ability to maintain a strong and continuous relationship among the sales team and all clients
Good organization in the daily tasks, periodical liaising with the Sales Representative team members.
Willing to be relocated to other parts of Indonesia or even overseas to act as the front line member of the company within our global network.
Project oriented, familiar with project, excellent ability to create new projects.
Preferably for those who had worked in mining industry.
Familiar with contract management
Expert in Sales forecasting dan pipelinemanagement
Experience in Enterprise-wide.
Has an extensive network; and excellent ability to build network
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): negotiation skill, advance communication skill, Sales Target Oriented.
At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent.
