Jawa Timur

Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance to US dan Local GAAP and Cargill Accounting Policies.
Timely submission of financial information to CFR and stakeholders (example:BULT/Tax)
Provide costs-volume profit analysis, trending and other financial analysis to monitor the performance of the location.
Provide accurate and timely reports to tax, customs and other government agencies
Develop and implement monthly compliance reporting (example: calendar)
Coach and supervise and engage direct reports
Develop and implement an a �Individual Development Plana t of direct reports

Requirements:

Minimum university degree in Accountancy or its equivalent
minimal 5 years work experience in the position of Accounting Manager
Experience in taxation
Havinga goodknowledgeof general accounting, cost accounting, US GAAP and Local GAAP
Having a general knowledge of Tax and Customs
Certified Public Accountant or its equivalent experience is a preference
Experience in a manufacturing company or Audit
Have worked with computerized accounting system
Good communication skills
Keen on details
Leadership skills
