IT Infrastructure
Jakarta Raya - North Jakarta

Responsibilities:

Design and architect a sustainable infrastructure platform for branches
Liaises and provide up date report to user and Superior/Senior Management about infrastructure/network issues.
Manage and ensure users complaint/tickets are properly handle and process
Perform deep analysis for every infrastructure/network issue occur and provide lead time and recommendation to superior.
Able to lead, coach, guide team member achieving planned target
Initiate meeting with vendor to gain comprehensive requirement/information/solution for infrastructure network problem occured
Perform periodic meeting with team member
Monitor and recommend change to improve the reliablity, affectivity, security and performance of infrastructure/network
Ensure system up date/upgrade and pathces and monitorsystem configuration ensuring continuous functionality.
Provide utility services to server rooms and data center, including network cabling, capacity planning for standard utilities (cooling power, generator power) space planning and utilization
Deep understanding in Window Server Technology, load balancing, DMZ, Active Directory, ISS/Apache, Exchange, Thin Client Technology, MS Sql Server, Oracle, Proxy, Citrix, replication.
Cretae and maintain valid and proper network documentation (topology, LAN/WAN diagram, server sizing, configuration, server map, etc)
Manage resources to miximize helpdesk.
Ready on call 24x7 for network issues.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
Required skill(s): develop it infrastructure, IT Network.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in North Jakarta.
Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Adminimal or equivalent.
