HRSG Secretary
(Jawa Timur - Surabaya)

Responsibilities:

Ensuring all departmenta �s KPIs are prepared monthly.
Administer departmenta �s documentation.
Travel Arrangement preparation and settle project teama �s travel arrangement.
Monitoring All KPIa �s of the project are in place
Preparing timely reports
Maintaining departmenta �s procedurea �s updates.
Ascertains safe working condition, health and environment in the work and reports condition of danger at supervisor.
Obeying all related regulations of EHS in job activity area.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial, Linguistics/Languages or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Excellent in English and Bahasa
