EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
Responsibilities :
* Performs a wide range of administrative and general support duties of highly responsible and confidential nature to top management.
* Performs secretarial and administrative assignment of Confident nature.
* Carried out all secretarial and administration duties, such as take minutes of meeting, making telephone calls, arrange appointments, travel arrangement including hotel reservation and ticket, prepare cash advance, filling, prepare travel expense report, etc
* Compilation of monthly reports.
* Manage filing system in good order
Requirement :
* Minimum Diploma Degree from Secretarial with GPA above 3,0
* Female, maximum 30 years old
* Experienced as Executive Secretary minimum 3 years
* Representative and attractive
* High degree of proficiency in organizational operations and procedures
* A high level of tact and integrity due to the great frequency of senior level internal and external contacts and regular exposure to confidential data
* Detail-oriented, well-organized, highly-initiative
* Good communication dan interpersonal skill
* Proficient in English
* Excellent in MS Word, especially MS Excel dan MS Power Point
