Working autonomously, reporting directly to the President Director and based at Pulo Gadung this role is purely focussed on managing a portfolio of existing accounts as well as developing new business opportunities and would be ideal for someone with solid transport and/or logistics experience.
Business Manager / Contract Manager
Jakarta Raya - JABODETABEK
Responsibilities:
A. Operations
Develop short, medium and long-term transport schedule planning with partner organizations to facilitate 100% compliance with service criteria.
Monitor, measure and take remedial action on any operational process deviating from plan. Report compliance to delivery schedules daily, weekly and to date.
Analyzing agreed KPI information to ensure optimal efficiency dan performance.
Managed the development of the operations through continues improvement and through the implementation of new procedures or processes to add value for both our clienta �s customers and for our client.
Reviewing dan analyzing KPI with client on monthly basis, recommending and initiating improvement plans where appropriate.
Reviewing dan analyzing KPI with Transport subcontractor on monthly basis, recommending and initiating improvement plans where appropriate.
Monitoring and improving productivity.
To work closely with all support department within the company organization.
B. Client Relationship dan Business Development
Developing dan managing effective relationship with client at all level.
Ensuring service level are maintained at the levels agreed with the client(s).
Ensuring that clients are fully informed about issues that affect operational performance and customer service.
Identifying and developing new business opportunity with the existing clients.
C. Finance
Manage and be accountable for the Profit dan Loss account for the project.
Ensure all costs are fully recovered as required by contract.
Assisting in the compilation of budget plans and managing them effectively and efficiently.
Conduct financial performance analysis.
Ensure that all costs incurred are captured and control in conjunction with finance department
Take necessary step to maintain and improve over all contract profitability.
D. Health dan Safety
Ensure HdanS performances are monitored at the site.
Increase HdanS skill and awareness to employees.
Reduce potential hazards / risks in the workplace.
Ensure the HdanS activities are regularly monitored and implemented.
Ensure that the main transporter companies follows HdanS requirement.
E. HR dan General
Ensure all contract staffs are trained and fully equipped to perform their responsibilities.
Define job scope and performance criteria of all staffs.
Monitoring dan review of team performance to achieve continues improvement.
Ensure that recruitment of all staff is the highest possible standard.
Develop new and existing skills in team members
Ensure that all contract arrangements fulfill legislative requirements.
F. IT
Ensuring IT system availability.
Ensuring information security.
Requirements:
Good Knowledge about Operation,Client Relationship dan Business Development, Finance, Health dan Safety, HR dan General and IT

Familiar with shipping bussiness
Computer literate
Fluent in English both oral and written
