1. PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT
2. HULL AND STRUCTURE SUPERINTENDENT
3. PLANNER ENGINEER
4. CARPENTER SUPERVISOR
5. QA / QC STAFF
6. ASST. COMMERCIAL OFFICER
7. LOGISTIC CLERK
8. CNC OPERATOR
9. BUILDING dan MAINTENANCE
10. MECHANIC
11. HELEPER MECHANIC

REQUIREMENTS :

1. minimal 25 years old and male
2. Degree in Naval Architec ( 1, 2, 3 , 5 ), Diploma ( 4,6 ) STM/SMU (7,8,9,10,11)
3. Experience minimal 5 year ( 1,2,5,7 ), 3 years (4,10), 2 years ( 6,9 ), 1 year ( 3,8,11 ) for the same field.
4. Understand of Shipbuilding process and Welding and ABS rules ( 1,2 )
5. Able to understand the squences of vessel / ship or offshore fabrication ( 3 )
6. Able to create project report for daily progress and operate Microsoft Project ( 3 )
7. Familiar with International Standard ( 4 )
8. Understand Welding Inspector dan able to operate Autocad programing ( 5 )
9. Good knowledge of marine projects, vessel system including nomendature of all ship structures, machinery and equipment. ( 6 )
10. Handling all tasks related to Commercial matters ( 6 )
11. Knowledge of Inta �l import/export procedures ( 7 )
12. Able to maintenance of building and minor repair ( 9 )
13. Able to trouble shooting in Mechanical Heavy Equipments. ( 10 )
14. Able to disassemble, repairs assemble Engines, parts. and heavy Equipment ( 10 )
15. Understanding the used of tools and minor repair ( 11 )
16. Written English / conversational English, ( 1,2 ,3,4,5,6,7,8 ), Mandarin ( 7 )
17. For General : Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to work in a team and hardworking and Batam base only
