1. TENANT RELATION (TR)

Qualifications:

a Male, 23 - 30 years old
a minimal D3 Major in Management
a minimal 3 years experience in Customer Service
a Good English and also mandarin / japanese, communication both written and speaking
a Having driving license A or C, also can operate Microsoft Office

Duties Responsibilities:

a To perform excellent service to tenants feedback, complaint, ad-hoc and maintenance request
a To ensure all BIP Visitors
a To coordinate with internal divisions to solve tenants request or problems
a To ensure daily CSD operation

2. EXECUTIVE FIRE SAFETY (EFS)

Qualifications:

a minimal Diploma degree, having knowledge In Fire Fighting
a Having K3 Certificate
a B Valid Driving License
a Age 28-35 years old, height 170 cm
a Capable in English and also Microsoft Office
a Good personality and Leadership

Duties Responsibilities:
To ensure efficient operations of fire station

3. MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT)

Qualifications:

a S1 from reputable university
a Strong academic background from Electric or Mechanic Engineering with GPA minimal 2.75
a maksimal 35 years old
a Energetic and drive for result
a Proficient in English
a Having passion to have career as Management Trainee
a Capable to working under pressure and having high motivation
a Flexible, mature, having strong leadership, active and independent
