Account Payable Manager - Jakarta Responsibilities
This position reports to Treasury Department Head and will be responsible for managing account payable activities in accordance with the prevailing policies and procedures. For AP Manager position, the key roles are:
To manage verification and record of transactions for all suppliers invoices and direct expenses To ensure sound internal control implemented in all processes To manage queries from internal and external parties related to payment To contribute in cash flow management process To develop people in his/ her team To ensure continuous improvement in all aspects related to AP Requirements
The qualifications are:
University graduate in Accounting from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00 Having minimum 3 years experience in accounting field as a supervisor or manager, preferably from Fast Moving Consumer Goods or Retail business Strong knowledge on internal control and tax, good analytical skills, accurate, quick and attentive When dealing with administrative works High integrity, self motivated and good interpersonal skills Excellent English (spoken dan written) Computer literate (MS Office dan SAP) Closing date: September 24, 2012 Treasury Supervisor - Jakarta Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree/ Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Supervisor/ Coordinators specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/ Investment/ Merchant Banking or equivalent. Job role in Treasury/ Corporate Finance or equivalent. 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
